OUR MISSION
Exodus Outreach exists to help individuals and families find emotional freedom from stress, trauma, and loss by providing supportive, practical programs that build coping skills, deepen mental health awareness, and restore hope.
Exodus was created to expand access to culturally responsive mental health education and grief support in underserved communities through trauma-informed, community-centered care.

We create safe, respectful spaces where participants feel valued and empowered, while working to reduce the stigma around mental health.

PROGRAM
GRACEABLY
The Graceably grief program is a structured, cohort-based model designed to normalize grief responses, teach healthy coping strategies, and build peer connection among participants.
The curriculum incorporates psychoeducation, guided reflection, skill-building exercises, and facilitated discussion to strengthen emotional resilience and promote adaptive coping.

CHRYSTAL OJO
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner · Founder
Chrystal Ojo is the Executive Director of Exodus Outreach. Exodus Outreach was born from a deep passion to help people break free from the emotional and mental burdens that often go unseen and unaddressed. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner and someone who has personally navigated grief, life transitions, and identity shifts, Chrystal has witnessed both professionally and personally how unprocessed pain can impact individuals, families, and entire communities.
She founded Exodus Outreach to create safe, supportive spaces where people can heal, rediscover their voice, and move forward with clarity and purpose.
